Clean well appointed and spacious 2 bdrm 2 bath suite with full kitchen at a very fair price. Facility very well maintained, with clean public areas including a very nice outdoor pool, basketball/volleyball court and work out building. Wegmans grocery right across the street has great selection of high quality ready to heat and ready to cook meals for all eating preferences including some tasty sushi! We will be back again.
I have called this hotel on three different occasions to try to get my final bill. The first time after verifying my stay and information, they said they would email it to me. The email was never received. Some days later, I called again and I verbally gave my email address and once again the final invoice was never received. Today, I called for the third time and was rudely put on hold mid sentence only to have the front desk person tell me they had people checking in and that they would call me later. I'm just trying to get a copy of my final bill. How many times does a customer have to call to be able to get this information? It seems like they are understaffed and can't handle a simple request. The level of service is lacking. I suspect that this negative review will not do much to resolve my issue, but I hope it sends a message to other customers about booking a reservation at this place. Don't expect great service here!
Professional and friendly staff with large and very clean suites with all amenities. The beds are comfy and water pressure is outstanding. Perfect location but well off the main road to provide peace and quite. Would recommend to business professionals and families.
