The team working at this Extended Stay America has been very friendly from the moment I first walked in! I'm really happy that I chose to stay here during the Memorial Day weekend! The room was very clean, well maintained and very spacious! There's not really that much of a spot gone wrong, so I don't have complaints. The bathroom wasn't dirty and, for hardwood floors, I'm impressed how well it is maintained through many past residents of the room.

This was a nice place to stay. Clean with all the amenities! I give it 4 stars due to the customer service. Front desk crew Luis and Stella were amazing. Very friendly ,made sure I needed nothing! Great stay!

When I arrived in the Great Valley area, I noticed the Hilton was already very booked at the beginning of their busy summer season. After research, I decided to stay at this hotel, the Extended Stay at 300 N Morehall Rd in Malvern, PA. It was pet friendly and quick to my office and son's summer camp were my main considerations. I signed up via the extended stay hotline to get their " 2 monthly cheaper rate" I was told a price and later would discover " mysterious charges" for deposits and securities that placed the hotel bill higher than had I been a by the night kind of guest with daily housekeeping. The front staff person, a Spanish accented 75 year old kept hounding me for payments almost daily, failing to ever note that my account was already paid up front. He was often rude to me, but that is just the beginning.

Needing a room on a moment's notice the staff was very helpful and it turns out that the whole experience was more than was expected.

While inexpensive, this was one of the worse hotels I have ever stayed in. The first room I was assigned hadn't been fully cleaned: Kitchen was filthy and full of dirty dishes. This made me question whether the room had been cleaned at all (i.e. clean sheets). Next room was marginally better but still dated and smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking. Avoid if at all possible.

In starting at any hotel for 2 months, you see things other visiting by the night only guests will never see. During my entire 2.5 month stay here, I never received a housekeeping, not even once. I asked for it even and the same above mentioned gentleman yelled at me that he didn't have enough staff to clean my room!!!! At one point I had to resort to changing my own sheets, and carry and clean my own garbage on a daily basis. You are always left to be begging for towels at this hotel, as many of the night time front desk staff who is suppose to be doing them, are often too busy smoking outside the hotel rather than working inside of it.

The laundry room was always broken. Half of the machines work at this location and during my summer stay, they were never repaired. Huge puddles of water near electric sockets make this a constant danger to children who may play in this room. When I brought these safety concerns to the front desk. It was met with lackluster enthusiasm to actually address the problem. Ditto on the rusted out shower heads and exposed neon lights in the elevators, safety hazards exposing guest.

As we stayed longer, my 5 year old and I grew horribly ill with random scratch marks and allergic reactions on our skin, a Dr later confirming the likelihood of mites or scabies , most likely from the lack of cleanliness to our bedding. I couldn't get rid of a nagging cough until the day i invested in my own air purifier, fearing the halls and the main stay areas which were rarely vacuumed. ( see video as to a typical day of uncleanliness at this hotel) I spent no less than 3 weeks out of my 2 month stay sick with some sort of nagging bronchitis issue and I'm convinced that it's from the uncleanliness of this hotel, their bedding and lackluster housekeeping. The hotel never had more than 2 housekeepers who seemed to rarely go the extra Mile to clean the rooms, I can attest after witnessing them just hurry up a clean out to get another paid guest in.

I would recommend this to anyone who has a need for a safe and comfortable nights sleep.

I have traveled the world and have lived from a hotel for the last 3 years of my life, due to my job. Having a unique set of needs as a single mother of a 5 year old, and a dog, I am looking always for a clean, hypoallergenic , pet friendly place that will make my long work days and balancing family life EASIER. Having said this, and as a DIAMOND member of Hilton, and Marriot chains, I am what you would call " a hotel's target and ideal client: the long term, high paying guest."
