We found some items their web site so went to the show room to see them. The items were not there and we could not find them using their iPad connection. We selected two sets of sconces and ordered them on Wednesday June 28th. We were told they would be in the following Friday July 7th. I called on Monday July 10th to be told that they had no status but would check and call back. I called on Tuesday July 11 and cancelled the order. The story was that the distributor was closed for a week for the 4th of July holiday and they didn't know what. As soon as they realized that was the case, they should have called us. We are now moving into our house this week without sconces for two bathrooms. There was no customer service, no communication, and if I hadn't called twice, who knows where those lights would be. Thanks for nothing
Very good service and selection. What they don't have they can get. Prices are competetive with online, but with customer service. One of my fixtures had a broken glass globe and they promptly ordered a replacement, plus ordered some extra side lenses just in case.
