I've been going here for years since it's close to work. I think the beer and food is okay. There is a lot of seating including outside seating. The staff is nice except one person who worked or works outside at the bar, I haven't seen him in some time. I think he hated his job. At the opposite spectrum, I met a really nice manager when I had gift card issues. The look and lighting of the place is nice. I like to dance and there isn't a dance floor. They sometimes have live music. You can rent out the bottom floor for events. It has darts, shuffleboard and billiards. There is a bar downstairs as well.
Food is pretty good if you know what to order. Main dishes have all been good including Meatloaf, chicken pot pie and the pizzas. Sandwiches are not too great. House made brews are excellent.
The only reason I'm giving this place two stars is because they have banging root beer floats. I don't even think they make their own ice cream but damn they are good. Service is so slow and the food is extremely hit or miss. How are the nachos, eh.
Great place for eating out. Whatever I have tried so far has been exceptionally good. Great portions and clean flavors.
I ordered a ny strip steak medium rare and a wedge salad. The lettuce was fresh and crisp and I enjoyed the blue cheese dressing with bacon. The steak was seasoned nicely and was a little more rare than medium-rate but the taste was great. Service was fast and the server was pleasant. The very berry cobbler was a great ending
